While walking down the hallway to see Mrs. Driscoll, the bouquet that Nancy is carrying loses a flower. The next shot then pans out to show the entire hallway, and the flower is no where to be seen.
When El and Max were on the bed, Max held up two comics books and asked which one El preferred. One was Wonder Woman and the other was Green Lantern. She set them on the bed and they were the only two comic books. When the shot changes to the comic books on the bed, they are both Wonder Woman and there is a third under the Wonder Woman comic on the left.
When the kids lock Billy in the sauna, the temperature rises to 220° F. A temperature that high would kill a person in fairly short order since blood boils at a similar temperature to water (212° F).
Most saunas operate in the 90°-130° range and occasionally up to 160° as at that temperature burning (in a dry sauna) or scalding (in a steam sauna) can occur. In other words, if the temperature inside the sauna were 220°, Billy would be dead already, and the sauna should not be capable of that extreme anyway.

In season 3 Max and Eleven were talking about the Wonder Woman comics. Max incorrectly states Wonder Woman's identity as Princess Diana instead of Diana Prince. Wonder Woman's identity is Princess Diana. Her "secret" identity is Diana Prince. Either would be correct.
Immediately after Nancy and Mrs. Wheeler's heart-to-heart in the kitchen, the action goes back to the pool. In an establishing shot, a lifeguard is seen in the background sitting in the lifeguard chair, totally normal, wearing only swim trunks. A following shot shows possessed Billy, wearing a t-shirt and towel over his legs, but given that the previously-seen lifeguard can't be identified (his head wasn't visible on the shot), it's likely it's simply another lifeguard.
When Mrs. Wheeler hops onto the island in her kitchen (while talking with Nancy), the structure shakes wildly, revealing itself to be a set piece.
The bar blocking the sauna door is visibly inconsistent in how much it allows the sauna door to open.
Given that the trapped character can bust through the window, it makes no sense he didn't do so sooner, and then push the door open as much as the bar permitted, to greatly slow the overheating process.

Crepe myrtles are seen growing in front of the mayor's house, which do not grow in Indiana where the show is set (too cold).
