- Hap buries Rachel's body. Her pale corpse is shown wrapped in a sheet in his car. Then he lifts her and carries her body into the woods with gasoline and a shovel, implying he will burn and bury her. The burial is not seen in this particular scene. Later, in an intercut flashback, Hap can be seen standing over a shallow grave, where Rachel's shrouded body is burning.
