Sex & Nudity

  • A woman is shown in her bra and underwear, but this isn't explicit or too long.
  • Woman's white shirt gets drenched in rain; her bra is shown.
  • In one scene, you can see painting of nude women are on the walls. This is not explicit. Nothing shown is anything offensive, as it's something you might see in an art museum.
  • Some suggestive remarks made to Harley.
  • The movie begins with a cartoon sperm going into the egg. Not graphic at all.
  • Tight/revealing clothing. Harley makes a few girl-to-girl jokes about breasts.
  • Near the end of the movie a woman is wearing an open shirt revealing her bustier cleavage is shown.
  • Brief references to female antihero being the girlfriend of a notorious male villain and gangster gets mad at a female customer in his bar and starts to order her to take off her clothes, but nothing else shown except for the top corner of her bra.
  • Gangster has drawings of two topless women in his office, and some female cleavage is shown several times in the movie but its very easy to miss.
  • A crudely drawn erect penis is seen.
  • Really no nudity or anything explicit. Very mild.
  • Near the end, Harley ties Cassandra to a toilet with duct tape with her pants down. This is supposed to be comical and isn't graphic.

Violence & Gore

  • In an extended fight scene, Harley raids a police station and shoots many cops with a gun- however all of these blasts are non-lethal paintballs, confetti, gas canisters, and large marbles and nobody is killed.
  • Harley fights several goons and caves-in one man's head with a baseball bat. Another man runs towards her but she throws the bat at him and he does a backflip, landing on his head.
  • Huntress tackles a man and the two slip down a slide. She lands on top of him and punches him three times. Some blood but it is shown from a distance.
  • There's a lot of violence but it is all comical and only some is graphic.
  • A grenade is planted on a man. He's thrown off a pier and we see the body explode before it hits the water.
  • A Hyena is seen biting a man's leg.
  • Roman makes suggestive comments to Harley.
  • Faces are cut off by Victor Zsasz. But as he is the Comic Relief, it is all played for laughs.
  • A man drugs Harley and offers to "take her home." Black Canary sees what's going on and beats the guy up and saves her.
  • A woman breaks a man's legs.
  • A man tries to bundle a drunken woman into a van. A villain makes a man cut the dress from a terrified woman, and forces her to dance in her underwear.
  • A man is seen to hold skinned flesh from a victim's face. A man explodes in a shower of limbs and blood.

Profanity

  • 23 uses and varieties of "ass" and 77 uses of "fuck," including "asshole" and "motherfucker." Also 3 "balls," 5 "bitches," 10 "dick," 24 "shit," 1 "slut," 4 "tit," and 1 "goddamn" respectively.
  • A joke about retrieving a diamond out of a dogs stomach, including cutting it out of her digestive system or giving her some laxatives or prune juice.
  • There is use of strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker'), as well as other terms such as 'bitch', 'slut' and 'ho'.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Harley is hiding behind a stack of kilos of cocaine as gang members shoot at her. The drug dust drifts all around her face and puts her in a hyper, crazed state.
  • Harley Quinn is drunk in multiple scenes.
  • Harley Quinn offers a teenage girl a margarita, but a cop takes it away from the girl.
  • Some drinking is shown. Characters are shown drunk.
  • Very brief smoking
  • Alcohol use and people appear drunk in several scenes
  • No smoking but female antihero finds some cocaine packages in a police station and throws them at some would-be assailants (this scene is meant to generate a couple laughs)
  • Implied drug misuse.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Early in the movie, the main villain and his henchman cut off one person's face, slit another's throat, and it is implied they cut off one more face- that of a young woman.
