Goofs

When Jessica crawls out of the river, her clothing is bone dry.

In the opening driving scene in the mountains the road goes from dry to wet as if it's just rained, and then suddenly it's dry and sunny.

At 93 minutes, the blood on her face has changed numerous times.

When in the clearing, Sam has the knife in his right hand, but as he attacks, it's in his left.

At 1:11:53, Stranger yelling at & tempting Jess to grab the gun while she's hiding in the pond in the forest, raising an item a couple of times, which appears to be the gun (unless it's sheathed knife, cos there's no blade visible) however the gun is still laid out on the ground.

Incorrectly regarded as a goof: Around 27 minutes when Jessica's vehicle swerves off the road, she realizes that one of the tires of the trailer has been slashed by somebody. Yet Jessica notices something is wrong after driving for many minutes and miles. If a tire gets slashed you will lose the tire pressure very quickly and would feel the effect within minutes. However, at 35:56 the kidnapper comments that he couldn't cut all the way through at the rest stop.

Incorrectly regarded as a goof: Near the beginning of the film, Jessica fills up her car at a gas station. It's illegal in Oregon to pump one's own gas. Except in rural areas like in the film.

In the 44th minute the man removes a bottle of beer from the paper bag and immediately stars drinking it. He has not removed the cap.

When Jesica goes to pass the man, there are several points when the road markers indicate a passing zone despite a limited space to pass before the next blind curve.

In the last scene when the killer lays on bis back, you can see his beard slightly gets blown off by the wind, indicating it's fake.

In last moments , when the man buried another man after killing him, he had a spade which was not shown in his hand when he returns to the car. neither he has shown to drop on the floor near the grave he made.

Near the end , when the car over turns , it all the four wheels were stationary and not rotating at all even during its slide on the base of its roof.

In the end credits voice actors Nico Floresca and Laura Duyn have their credits backwards. Nico Floresca is credited as '911 Operator' even though she is a child actor. Laura Duyn is credited as 'Little Girl' even though she is an adult.

After Jess emerges from the river with her injured foot, she uses a branch as a cane/crutch. But she uses it on the side of her good foot, not on the side of the injured foot, where she should have used it. A cane or crutch is used to bear one's weight on the injured side.

This is incorrect, the cane should actually be used on the strong side, opposite of the leg needing support.

When Jessica and the man struggles in the cellar, you can see a red light from the camera reflecting from the man's wristwatch as he holds Jessica's face.

After burying Roberts dead body he doesn't take the shovels back to the car but leaves the items very next to the much too flat buried body.

At the end before the fight, she unlocks his phone to call his wife. His phone would have most likely been locked, so she couldn't have called her. That is of course a presumption, it looked like an Iphone, where you'd need a pass code or face to unlock.
