- A misfit boy and girl secretly repair an antique fighter plane with the help of a grumpy old loner.
- 13-year-old Yotam is obsessed with flying, but his overprotective mother won't let him anywhere near planes, especially after he lost his father in a jet crash a few years ago. When Yotam and his classmate Noa find a rare antique plane in the local junkyard, they team up with Morris, an 80-year-old grumpy loner who used to be a pilot. Together they try to bring the plane back to life, just in time for the Annual Air Show.
- Since his pilot father's fatal crash, Isreali teen Yotam Peleg's mother dragged him to another town and forbids him to pursue his passion for airplanes. He binds over that interest with classmate Noa Harari, whose big brothers try to sabotage them, jealous of the bond flying a Spitfire offers with their equally macho father. The kids stumble upon a rare Word War II German airplane wreck and dream of restoring it, which becomes possible after Yotam's crashed drone introduces them to retired air force officer Morris Cohen, who has the skills to teach them and enter an air show, but human and other obstacles are ahead.—KGF Vissers
