Abe is telling the plot of The Twilight Zone's 'Time Enough at Last" but that was first broadcast on Nov 20th 1959. In the rest of the scenes the trees are fully green when they would have already turned for fall in the east.
Midge picks out the Wyoming license plate as her favorite but when they put them on the care the plates are from Utah. (This is because, after Midge leaves, Susie tells the club employee to lose the Wyoming plate.) Also Utah only required one plate on the rear in 1959.
After a show in 1959 was canceled in Harrisburg, Pa., Mrs. Maisel's manager complained that they weren't going to spend the day at the Civil War museum. The Harrisburg museum didn't open until 2001.
