I truly like this episode it served as Marceline's test for the Ultimate Adventure. Her song Slow Dance with You is amazing I wish it was longer!! She really saved the day with Finn's sword and her Vamp powers. Honestly I'm glad her dad got beaten up by those ghosts. I truly dislike Hunson Abadeer (even though I love his VA's work on Phineas, Rocko and Spongebob). They really knocked some sense into him. Also this is a million times better than Hunson's previous physical appearance way back in season 4. Plus I think the Head Ghost Thug should have been voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.

Aw, I wanted him to be a villain

Warning: Spoilers
It helps that Marceline is my favorite character. This is the last episode focused entirely on her. This episode advances the plot as it features Peppermint Butler constructing a new sword for Finn. He summons the demon Hunson, Marceline's father. He puts him in these invisible hand cuffs that take away his powers. He manages to bond with Marceline.
They end up bonding. I will admit that I wish that Hunson would have appeared as a villain in the series finale. I mean, he had been featured pretty prominently in the show as an antagonist. Still, it's nice to learn more about Marceline and we even get this nice short little flashback of her young. I do feel bad about Hunson not getting to bond with her. I guess it's nice to see them altogether. ***1/2.
