This was a Pretty weird Episode.
All episodes in a show have there ups and downs, It's more regular when a Show isn't one of the best, Like Doctor Who or Scooby-Doo Classics, "Creeped Outs" episode "The Call" perfectly ensembles the criteria just mentioned, It is one of the Weaker stories. But, to "Creeped Outs" credit, its definitely not as bad as some say. Yes, the weak episodes are really bad, but when the shows at it's best, it's fairly good. And can also be rather interesting.
The first good thing about this episode is the relationship and the dynamic between the family. Pearl has a great relationship with her Foster parents. As well as her brother. But they both have great chemistry together, and bounce of each other fairly well, you really feel the connection between the family and mostly it does form a good dynamic. It feels more natural then some other episodes, and the relationship between them seems to be a key point of the episode.
That's where the positives sort of end, where this episode then turns into a bit of a weird horror story, where Pearl can all of a sudden here strange voices. Now this side of it is rather interesting, but when the stranger turns up, the story just gets alittle stranger. And the episode looses it's steam, it was fairly good up and till they point, but the stranger was acting weird throughout.
I said kind of for the positives ended, as there is a nice plot-twist that is to do with the theme of this episode and that's family, and the connection between those around them when it comes to family.
But, as you might of guessed with the low score, I would not recommend this Episode. Skip it, avoid it at all costs. And remember to stay safe in this crazy world-3/10 Below Par. 23 Minutes Long as its running time, you have been warned!
