Paul Hollywood is best known as a judge on the Great British Bake Off.
In this two season series he travels to various cities around the world to see the sights, experience the culture and to indulge himself in the local baking scene.
I like finding out about the different baking traditions and finding out what Paul feels about them.
Although there is limited time during the episode for exploration Paul does spend some time getting to know the cities.
Appropriately there is more time spent with learning about local baking traditions, sampling the baked goods and learning how to create them.
I think the series also allows you to see different aspects of Paul's personality and character than what we see in the Bake Off tent.
Least interesting to me are the segments where Paul bakes his interpretations of the local baked specialties - it just doesn't seem to work as well as the other aspects of the show. Though if he's working with someone else its a bit better.
