Producer/directors Joe Russo and Anthony Russo ("Avengers: Infinity War") have confirmed TBS will adapt Valiant Comics' 1997 title, "Quantum and Woody", created by Christopher Priest and Gabriel Ferrari, as a live-action series, based on a pilot script written by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari ("Ant-Man and the Wasp"):

It’s been fairly well known that not only will a lot of your favorite heroes say goodbye in the upcoming “Avengers 4,” but also the film’s directors will be departing the Marvel Universe. Joe and Anthony Russo have been devoting themselves to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for years now, and it appears that once the next ‘Avengers’ film hits theaters in May 2019, they’ll be going off on their own.

Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo are now developing a TV series adaptation of the the Valiant Entertainment comic book series Quantum and Woody for TBS.
The comic was co-created by writer Christopher Priest and illustrator Mark Bright, and was originally published in 1997. The comic draws inspiration from the characters played by Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes in 1992 comedy White Men Can’t Jump. The story centers around a pair of adoptive brothers who come together, after years of estrangement, by the mysterious death of their father. In the course of investigating, they are accidentally imbued with powers. The characters were later reimagined in 2013 by writer James Asmus and illustrator Tom Fowler.
With the Russo Bros. producing the series there's a chance that it could actually turn out to be a great and fun series. Deadline goes on to say that Joel McHale (Community) could be one of the stars in the series,...

Exclusive: Quantum And Woody, an adaptation of the Valiant Entertainment comic that has Avengers: Infinity War helmers Anthony Russo and Joe Russo and Spy’s Mike Larocca attached to executive produce via their Agbo, is in early development at TBS, I understand. Ant-Man And The Wasp‘s Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari are writing the pilot for what could be a franchise series, though it’s early days.
Quantum And Woody is part of the Valiant Entertainment stable of comics which is owned by Dmg Entertainment and remains one of the key superhero publishing troves not currently tied to a major studio. That could change as Dmg is understood to be taking meetings around town for a bigger scenario deal.
