Toni Oberniede is based on Walter Käßmeyer, a Munich Real-estate business man who, to 50%, was owner of Rudolph Moshammer's boutique in Maximilianstraße.
In one scene Rudolph Moshammer is bringing some homeless people fine food from his previous party. The real Moshammer was known for doing charity work, especially for the homeless people. Even his father Richard became homeless in his late years and died due to that when Moshammer was a teenager.
