- A few occassional flirts in game and by some characters in the open world section of the game.
- Klaw is shown shirtless and only with underwear.

- Violence throughout the game (no blood)
- Most of the characters use strong powers and fist punching to kill enemies, this can be visually strong.
- While the lego genre of games is usually very tame, this one can be in a more moderate tone on multiple occasions.
Profanity

- One of the songs from the game contains the word "hell" being repeated over and over again.
- A bunch of name calling is in the game.
- In one scene, Kang is shown screaming and saying the end of what looks like an insult and a profane phrase. ( This scene is muted apart from the ending ).
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Mysterio is able to use smoke to get the characters in his dimension and slightly get them confused and dizzy.
- A character uses bubble gum in one bar scene.
- It is said that most villains used powers to grow giant and strong, probably by a strange object or crystal.
- Most of these substances have mild but very frequently used references to mind control and drugs that make people stronger.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some levels get intense
- Every boss battle can be intense and actually quite frightening and extremely extended.
- The game contains a ton of gigantic beasts, some can be scary.
- Lego games are not intense on their own, but this is one of the very few that can reach a tone of moderate intensity and severe intensity.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- The main villain is able to mind control people and get them on his side, this is not shown as anything though.
- In his boss battle, Man-Ape can re-generate his health by using some kind of magic or object, you don't actually see what he uses, but it is very obvious that he got his health and slight amounts of power back.
