Because of Terrorists within the Russian Federation, at the Russian Federation Spa, there would be a Lot of FSB, and Russian Federation Spetsnaz Battalion as Security, especially since they are so close to the Norwegian Border.
They would also have at the Russian Federation Spa State of the Art Security Systems, including the capability to Lockdown the Entire Building.
As far as Ground to Air Missiles being stored inside the Russian Federation Helicopter, not going to happen. Especially, when those were not Anti Aircraft Missiles but common RPG-7 Ground to Ground Unguided Rockets (not Missiles) that are point detonating, meaning firing those into the air means the come back down and explode on the ground not in the air.
Screenwriters writing this are correct "Extinction" .......Extinction of this show.
