- Tortured child sets out on a quest to find his brother with only his wits and his samurai sword.
- Have you ever wanted to solve all of your problems by killing everyone in sight with a samurai sword? Well, you can see how it plays out for Mark. Mark's story begins when he watches his father die and his brother being taken captive. He's forced to learn how to fight by a bully named Trent. Little does Trent know that Mark only has one goal set in his mind: to rescue Pierce. Mark uses his new skills to overpower Trent and escape in order to find his brother. On his journey, he meets new friends and foes. He meets two dimwitted hit-men, Keith and Chad. They've been hired to kill Mark, but realize that their mission is their most difficult as well as their last. After Mark defeats them, he's nursed back to health by a homeless girl named Rose. Rose ran away from her family and wonders how one boy can be so committed so saving his own. Despite their bond, Mark must leave Rose since she's not properly trained to assist him. Mark continues to pursue his journey alone. However, he's too busy to wonder why he was given these skills. It turns out, Mark's training was all apart of an elaborate plan the whole time, with Pierce set up as his bait. He learns this from his own mother, a woman who abandoned him and Pierce years ago. She was behind Mark's training and Pierce's capture the whole time. Mark learns that his mom is the head of an underground assassin corporation. She spent years to perfect the ideal killer and found it in Mark. Mark's motivation to reunite with his brother turned out to be the perfect catalyst to create the world's greatest assassin. However, despite his mother wanting him to work for her, Mark still only wants Pierce. She uses this to put Mark to the ultimate test: all of her assassins against him. After a lot of fighting, Mark prevails and finally reunites with Pierce. However, his mother won't let him walk out that easily. In his last fight, an exhausted Mark must battle his fierce mother. She proves to be superior to her child, but underestimates her other son, Pierce. During the heat of battle, Pierce sneaks in the final blow and kills his mother with Mark's sword. Mark and Pierce, emotionally and physically exhausted, finally leave. They then surprisingly meet up with Rose and her reunited mom. They realize that Rose's mom is far more compassionate than their mom because she adopts these two homeless boys as her own. Now, Mark, Pierce, and Rose are finally home.
