- While in doubt whether to rejoin then front Syria or stay in Texas, T.C. joined Drew's partner Rick in a SWAT drug raid, which resulted in an explosion requiring urgent hospitalization of Rick's partner Ford. Due to helicopter troubles, the only option is SA, despite the near-lock-down due to a blackmail cyber attack simultaneously on all hospitals owned by Paul's father's company Cumming medical Group. Scott is in Denver with Julian, who collapses and has to let him take over surgery, then confides paying the ransom is going to tilt his frail fiance's into bankruptcy, so he must sell several hospitals. In San Antonio, Drew gets locked in an elevator with Kenny and juvenile patient Diego, but improvises with help from Paul, who worries his sister will hurt Kenny like all her lovers. Rick is not amused that Drew got into the ranger class behind his back while he has family plans.
