The designation on the wall of the underground bunker, "565th Strategic Missile Squadron", places the bunker at F. E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming, near the state capitol Cheyenne.
At the start of the scene in the underground bunker, there was a crate stamped "303rd Logistical Studies Group". It was the official designation of The Unit (2006), a select group of Special Forces soldiers specializing in counter-terror operations, inspired by Eric L. Haney's first-hand account "Inside Delta Force: The Story of America's Elite Counterterrorist Unit". The show's Executive Producer Shawn Ryan was also the talent behind The Unit.
