Warden Gregory Wolfe: [Barry collapses] I did warn you: everyone in here is a monster.

Mayor Anthony Bellows: You know, there's something fishy about you, Allen.
Barry Allen: I'm fishy? You tried to murder me in jail.
Mayor Anthony Bellows: Well, if you can't play cards with somebody who tried to murder you, you'll never play cards in here.
Big Sir: I knew I'd regret inviting you to this game.
