  Barry Allen : The Samuroid, the bus metas. It was you. But why reveal yourself now?

  Clifford DeVoe : Because I have nothing to fear from you.

  Barry Allen : Yeah? Well, I'd think twice about that. I have a team of some of the smartest minds from the across the multiverse.

  Clifford DeVoe : Yes, your Council of Wells. Could any one of those clowns identify what my abilities are? You could gather every genius on every planet, and you still couldn't out-think me.
