Warning: Spoilers
Mandatory retirement. Some people have never had enough and the idea of retiring is frightening to them as they soon feel that with nothing in their lives, they shall soon be pushing up daisies. For the gentleman to file a discrimination lawsuit against the New York City police department was ridiculous since the state enacted the law. You knew that the guy would get hurt while on duty so that retirement would become a reality. At the end, everyone appears to be marching for the cause. At 63, a police officer is not as quick on his feet as he once was. Desk duty might be the answer, but the department probably wants these people out so they can pay the new recruits a far less salary.

That female police officer disappearing after showing remorse about testimony she and her partner had given which sent an innocent person to jail could have been handled better. We needed to know more about the convicted felon, and not just see her briefly once and be told that if she isn't guilty of this, she is guilty for something else.

Awful awful accents!
cwcoates5 October 2018
Jamaican accents were really really BAD! To the writers, please hire Jamaican actors, they are not expensive and not hard to find, just a short flight and the Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts is right there in Kingston. This episode immediately became unbelievable when the Jamaican "gangsters" opened their mouths. To the previous reviewer, the affirmative action scene at the beginning was clearly meant to be "tongue and cheek".
