While Lucas is chasing Henry and Jenna, the daytime running lights on his car are on in some shots and off in others.
Lucas is driving in the wrong lane in order to yell at the girls to pull over. A van heading in the opposite direction causes him to cut quickly back behind Jenna's car. However, the very next edit shows a shot through his passenger window of the driver's side of her car, indicating he's still next to her and not behind her as he was a second before.
During the short time Lucas is chasing Jenna and Henry down the road, the windows on his car change from being rolled up to being rolled down in between shots.
In the first half of the episode, Clay's blue pick up truck is shown several times and appears to be the same truck until the 'incident'. The original truck had a black rear bumper, a black tail gate release latch, chrome exhaust and dual red over red chrome framed taillights. After it's damaged, the rear bumper is silver, the tail gate release is painted to match the body color, the exhaust is basic with some rust and the taillights are a single piece red over yellow without the chrome frame.
Henry's doctor tells her he must report her condition to the DMV that very afternoon and that her license will be revoked for three years. In fact, New York state law does not require a physician to report a patient suffering from seizures to the DMV. Also, someone who lost their license due to seizures or epilepsy in NY state would be eligible for reinstatement following one year without incident, whether on medication or not.
