In a scene inside Emily's bakery, the health inspector snaps on his glove perfectly. However, in the next shot, his thumb is not properly inserted into the glove.

When they are bowling, Emily comments that 10 strikes in a row is a perfect score. It takes 12 strikes in a row to get a perfect 300 score.

About halfway through the movie, a clerk dropped a loaf of unwrapped bread on the floor. He picked it up and put it back on the rack to sell with the other loaves. Many of the baked goods for sale at both bakeries were out on the counter and not behind glass. Clerks did not wear gloves when handling food though they sometimes used tongs.
On December 1 (the day the calendar arrives), Emily, the baker, arrives at work just before the bakery is about to open. The bakery is stocked full, which could not have happened in a real bakery (she would have had to arrive in the middle of the night to start baking).
