Exclusive: Torrey DeVitto is making her small-screen return in the upcoming Hallmark holiday film The Christmas Promise, her first TV project since departing from NBC’s Chicago Med in May. Dylan Bruce and Patrick Duffy are also set to star.
DeVitto will portray Nicole in the film, a woman who learns to deal with grief with the help of her grandfather (Duffy) and a carpenter named Joe (Bruce), who she hires to renovate the home she was to share with her fiancé.

Romero and Stephen King's 1982 anthology film, as it's been revealed that AMC's streaming service has ordered a complete set of season 3 scripts:
Press Release: June 16, 2020 — Shudder, AMC Networks’ premium streaming service for horror, thriller and the supernatural, announced today that it has commissioned scripts for a full third season of Creepshow, showrun and executive produced by Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead) and based on George A. Romero’s iconic 1982 movie. The anthology series shattered all Shudder records when it debuted last October, and its first season has just concluded a successful run on AMC.
The second season was set to commence shooting in March in Atlanta, Georgia, but has been on hold until film and television production resumes.

Ahead of its debut later this year, the new Creepshow series (based on the beloved 1982 film of the same name) will be coming to conjure up some scares in San Diego for the 50th Comic-Con, as Shudder has announced a star-studded panel for the series, including Giancarlo Esposito, Tricia Helfer, Adrienne Barbeau, Greg Nicotero, and Joe Hill.
Moderated by Jen Yamato of The Los Angeles Times, the Creepshow panel will take place on Friday, July 19th in Room 6Bcf.
