While Wolverine and Deadpool are making their odyssey in the Honda Odyssey, the car's clock jumps ahead three hours during their conversation.
When the characters strike their battle poses in Cassandra's base, the camera cuts to a wide shot where they're just standing around casually. The shot then quickly cuts back to them in their dramatic poses.
When Deadpool and company are crashing into Cassandra's layer, Blade is standing through the sun roof of the Honda Odyssey before firing a rocket into Giant-Man's hands. As they drive through the fire, there is a wide shot of the van where Blade is not visible through the sun roof. In the next shot of the van, he is shown standing through the sun roof again.
Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau) has Tony Stark's first arc reactor in his office at Stark Industries, in the same reactor that Pepper Potts presented it to Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) in Iron Man (2008).

It was recovered somehow, and later it was shown floating off into the lake as the centerpiece of a flower arrangement with Tony's ashes by the Starks' country home during his funeral at the end of Avengers: Endgame (2019).

Deadpool is stabbed through the back of the head by "Patch Wolverine" at the casino table, when Wolverine pulled the blade claws out, it is clearly visible that there are no blades sticking out of his hand.

One of the Wolverine variants that Deadpool encounters is wearing a brown and tan suit, which Deadpool refers to as the classic John Byrne brown suit, introduced in 1980 in the X-Men: Days of Future Past story line. The suit Wolverine is wearing is actually a variation of the brown suit introduced in the 2019 House of X/Powers of X story.
Deadpool asks which Punisher the rocket launcher was taken from, asserting there have been five Punishers. As of 2024, there were only four people to play the Punisher in live-action productions: Dolph Lundgren in The Punisher (1989), Thomas Jane in The Punisher (2004), Ray Stevenson in Punisher: War Zone (2008), and Jon Bernthal in the Marvel/Netflix "Defenders Saga" beginning in Daredevil (2015) season 2.
