Mackenzie Murphy: So, listen.
Poodle: Yeah?
Mackenzie Murphy: Poodle. Um, I wanted to give you an opportunity to invest in my future.
Poodle: There it is. This is the Mickey that I know.
Mackenzie Murphy: What are you talking about?
Poodle: I was half your age when I settled down.
Mackenzie Murphy: Settled down? You got knocked up by some rich guy when you were working as a stripper.
Poodle: I was a waitress at a strip club.
Mackenzie Murphy: You were a topless waitress. And that's even worse. It just means you couldn't dance.
Poodle: Hey! I am a great dancer.

First of all, so far, I'm not seeing anything different between Mick and Dee. It's like we jumped into a weird episode of Sunny where Dee actually got an acting gig and is playing this character who is weirdly not so different from herself.
Not that that's a bad thing or anything, a-hole Kaitlin Olson is always welcomed and is pretty funny, but I kinda expected her to be different from her Dee role and to see her do more than just that with her acting skills. But I guess you need a-hole characters to have a good comedy, otherwise, it's just a lame family-friendly show.
Nonetheless, this was a pretty decent start and made me laugh a couple of times. It is not the greatest or the most creative and original premise ever, and it has that annoying teenage girl character every show has to have, but she's not that annoying that would make you not want to watch the show anymore. And she gets her fair share of Dee justice a couple of times throughout the episode.
There aren't many characters introduced so far, but only Kaitlin Olson's character and the things she does and says have been funny. Plus the maid lady should've been more in the episode, to be honest.
It was a pretty good start to the show and you get the vibe and feel of the show and its characters, but it's not the funniest or most amazing thing I've ever seen, nor is it the worst thing I've seen. It's pretty funny at times and the pacing is pretty good. Hope it gets better and funnier as the show goes on.
