The back doors to the van are open when Agent Wells is driving the bomb out of the garage. When she goes up the ramp and we see her driving on the street, they are closed.
When Wells is hitting Loranzos car the damage to his car disappears and reappears multiple times.
When Agent Wells is pursuing Lozano on foot after the car chase, she is holding a Sig Sauer handgun for the outdoor part of the chase. When the chase moves indoors, she is suddenly holding a Glock handgun.
When Hannah starts to drive the van out of the FBI garage, the rear doors are wide open. When the van reappears at street level the rear doors are shut tight.
After fighting with Agent Wells, Loranzo is impaled by three pieces of rebar. When Wells gets up close to him, it is clearly evident that the rebar is off to his side and not through his body. Also, since one of the rebars is through his heart, he would have died instantly, which he did not.
When Agent Wells is chasing a suspect, she radios they're "heading for the Georgetown rail yard." There is no rail yard in Georgetown.
It is said that all doors in the Pentagon are closed and nobody can leave the building. It should have been impossible for Lozano to get out. It is also very unlikely that nobody in the Pentagon recognized the man who shot at the President and was at this time the most wanted man in the US.
