gloomy and sad , extremely well made and acted

Let me first mention the drawbacks that pulled this down to a 9. firstly its the police operations, and their seemingly lack of knowledge on cpr and how prescious an ambulance medic can be in a life and death situation. secondly the score made for this film are excrusiating and gruesome.. the way that keyboard squenches out its tones are worse than anything, a boy with a tindrum would have done the job 10 times better.

but thats it....!

the rest is just amazing, the acting so monumental that i more than twice almost forgot to breath. its so darn natural and real life like physicaly and mentaly made performances, it felt as though your in the middle of a darn serious documentary. the songs chosen for this tragedydrama fits in very well. the production aint flying on a big budget, so what they have managed to make here are just mindbuggeling.

its a tough film to watch, it never gives you a break, you are being canoned by shot after shot of what millions of people are drooling after, shivering after, cramping after, even kills for, to ease the pain and to fulfill the cravings of a drug habbit. its a film about addiction in different stages and different kinds, wether its pills, weed, injectable drugs or alcohol. the films shows several overdose deaths, with all its tragedy it hails in its keelwater. the caracter's needs and bends, through their unrelentless hunt for the next shot are terrifying and nearly strangulated me due to emotions, and a little bit of empathy. the death scenes are devastatingly real and brutally brilliantly acted.

so let me ask for your attention when i beg all of you who have or have had heavy problems with addictive drugs, have children or ralatives with the kind, and to all of you who have had sudden deaths in your surroundings by overdose etcetera, be careful and make precautions before viewing this film, it hurts really bad, and is filled with gruelling realism, a pure and well reflected story on the greatest disease on planet earth.

and to all of you that has the disease, remember you are not alone, the pain can be cured somehow, to be alone is maybe the worst medicine of all, so find your better halves, and befriend your worst enemies, because drugs is the worst killer of all and inevitably relentless it is, and it maybe you next time.

the grumpy old man , remembers cristiane F., and this is even rougher. recommended
