What's Up on Venus?
The three stories here are the investigation of the crater on Venus, Bobbie's dilemma on Earth, and the search for the horrors on Ganymede. These are nicely paced and keep us wanting more. The Martians and the Earthers have equal culpability when it comes to their politics and their motives. Human life is always a part of the equation--in that those not in danger are willing to sacrifice others. Of course, power is the biggest motivator. The central crew is now split and the reality experienced by he Marines on Ganymede is about to make itself known. Another awesome episode.
Superb episode
Greetings from Lithuania.
11th episode of the "Expanse" - "Here There Be Dragon" was a simply superb episode in all directions. The story moved here meaningfully, and it all was done in a great way. Directing was very solid because pacing was great - 43 min. ran very quickly. Writing, acting, special effects were superb as well.
Overall, with only 2 episodes left in season 2 i'm really excited about how it will turn out, at least for this season anyway, because i read that 3rd season is already confirmed. If they will make series of quality as it was with "Here There Be Dragons" - count me in for watching it.

Do the right thing
Nobody's going to let Bobby sit and stare at the ocean all day. So what does she do next? She has choices to make. What would you do in such a situation? Like the best of such things the viewer is forced to think about the choices the characters make in this one. Some might make you punch the air. Some might not be what you wanted people to do. But it's all character driven, so it's all good.
It's not just about Bobbie's storyline either. There's developments in the Venus one. Where two characters do have an appealing dynamic. And there's lots going on on Ganymede. Where it goes next, I can't wait to find out, because this is getting gripping.
