Extraordinary and emotional movie with magnificent plot and incredible performance. Thank you, Ekvtime, for rescuing and bringing national treasure back to our country and thank you, Nikoloz for illustrating this legendary story in such a beautiful way.

The portrait of a saint

It is difficult to say something reasonable about a film who reflects the life of a saint. Because its purpoise is not only artisticall. Because it is the first exercise for present one of the most significant scientist and patriot of the Georgia in XX century. But , beyound emotion and tension and high expectations, it is a beautiful film. the first motif - the impecable art of Rezo Chkhvishvili to propose a realistic Saint Ekvtime. the second - an inspired script, not perfect, not out errors, but enough for create the atmosphere and the dimension of tragedy. Not the last , a great history lesson , result of huge desire to conquest a long time ago forbidden past. a film about a hero. or just admirable portrait of a special, real special saint.
