- Heavy prolonged brutal sequences of action violence includes shootouts, decapatations with large sissors (off screen but heavily implired), slicing and punchings - all with brutal blood detail and extended exclusive scenes of torture.
- Some characters use sharp objects to kill other characters. Slicing noises are heard.
- Innocent characters are gunned down very sadstically including the elderly. Incredibly upsetting.
- A character has his thigh graphically sliced by a shard of glass onscreen. Blood and tissue damage are shown for a few seconds.
- Starts up with a length torture sequence. Disturbing and harm is done.
