The film will mark the return of Dillon Freasier after more than a decade of his first film appearance. His previous film was There Will Be Blood (2007).

DUE JUSTICE was originally set to release in theaters shortly after FAST & FURIOUS 9 but Jerry Buys had to scrap that plan when production was halted.
