- This episode is far more psychological than the previous episodes.
- not as much as the previous ones, but a puppet does dream that his drowning in oil. Also his eyes are shown bleeding after going insane near the end.

- Some people claim to hear "fuck" during the pub scene, but it's debateable whether it's even there, much less if it's audible. It was most likely off the set if it even exists.

- In a part red guy goes onto a stage with no clothes on. Nothing is shown because he is just a puppet.

- There is a significant atmosphere of dread throughout, with multiple uncomfortable scenes showing Yellow guy (who is traditionally thought to be a child) being tortured by the machine and or the teachers. In addition, the end implies that this is torturous show may continue.
- This episode is less horror oriented and more of a Drama. The intro does have a child drowning in oil. Sad, but not gory.
- Near the end as yellow guy (a child) is going insane we see his eyes bleeding while he is crying. It is very sad and he is being tortured.
- the part when Roy is standing in the dark and stretches his arm out after red guy could creep some people out, the scene where yellow guy goes insane could scare some younger viewers.
