Award-winning television producer Simon Andreae is joining Range Studios to co-run the non-scripted television studio division alongside Mark Herwick, who launched the studio in late 2021.
Together as co-presidents, Andreae and Herwick will bolster the non-scripted studio’s full production and post-production capabilities globally.
“When Mark first approached me about the role, it was clear that both he and the wider team at Range had managed to combine the passion and energy of a start up with the heft and breadth of a much more mature organization,” Andreae said. “With a stellar client list to help inspire us and an already fascinating slate on which to build, I am looking forward to joining Mark at such an exciting stage in the studio’s evolution and helping expand our overall offering.”

Fremantle U.K. is merging its factual label Boundless with recent acquisition Naked to create new unscripted company Naked Television.
The new entity will be led by Naked’s recently appointed managing director and former Channel 4 commissioner Fatima Salaria.
Naked Television will look to combine the best of Boundless’ formats and production infrastructure with Naked’s burgeoning slate in both the U.K. and U.S.

Channel 4 commissioner Fatima Salaria is joining the production ranks, moving to Fremantle-backed “Indian Summer School” producer Naked as managing director.
Salaria takes over for former Naked CEO Simon Andreae, who was recently appointed CEO of Fremantle U.K. Her role will be both creative and commercial, and she will work closely with creative director Tom O’Brien and COO Susie Dark.
Salaria most recently served as head of specialist factual for Channel 4 — a department whose wide-ranging credits include everything from “Sas: Who Dares Wins” to award-wining documentaries “100 Vaginas” and “Three Identical Strangers.”
