At the beginning of the episode where Draper is lying on her back and her suit is damaged, you see her visor is damaged on the left hand side. Later in the episode where she is cleaning her suit, the damage is much less, and on the other side of the visor.
Gravity is too high in all the scenes on Ganymede. The Jupiter moon's surface gravity is only one seventh that of Earth, less than on Earth's own moon, and unlike the Asteroid stations of the Expanse universe, the Ganymede agricultural domes do not have rotational gravity.
Around 3:44, during the UN conversation about how to respond to the Ganymede Incident, Avasarala says, "The whole system has been a tinderbox since Eros." The closed captioning, however, reads "... has been a tinderbox since Earth," which is in error. She then goes on to expound that no one knows whose "weapon" Eros is/was.
