Tyrion tells Daenerys that his father assigned him to build the sewers in Casterly Rock; in The Prince of Winterfell (2012), Tyrion said that his father assigned him to clean the sewers.
When Jaime and Olenna talk, there are two glasses of wine on the table. At one point the two cups are very close but in the cut, to another take, they are far apart.
Tyrion says that Cersei's armies fight for her out of fear. In the previous episode Stormborn (2017), he said that Cersei would try to rally the lords of Westeros by appealing to their loyalty, their love for their country.
Sansa says that Cersei killed her father, mother and brother. Cersei was not responsible for any of these deaths: Robb and Catelyn were killed in a plot orchestrated by Cersei's father Tywin, while Ned's death was ordered by Cersei's son Joffrey, and Cersei tried to prevent it.
While Melisandre is speaking with Varys, she refers to Westeros as a country. The Seven Kingdoms is the country they reside in, while Westeros refers to the continent as a whole that includes lands beyond the Wall, that are not part of the Seven Kingdoms.

Daenerys claims that the realm had seen centuries of peace when a Targaryen had sat on the Iron Throne and a Stark had been Warden of the North. Actually, Westeros has endured numerous wars and rebellions throughout the Targaryen dynasty, among them: the Dance of the Dragons, the Blackfyre Rebellions and the War of the Ninepenny Kings.
Tyrion tells Daenerys that dragonglass can be used to make weapons against the White Walkers and their soldiers (namey the wights). Dragonglass is lethal to the White Walkers, but ineffective against wights.
Daenerys states that, "The last King in the North was Torrhen Stark, who bent the knee to my ancestor, Aegon Targaryen". Jon's cousin (believed to be his half-brother) Robb Stark claimed the title of King in the North, though because he was defeated by the Iron Throne's forces and the North was reclaimed, he would be retroactively considered a pretender and not a legitimate monarch.
Dragonstone and Casterly Rock are located on opposites sides of the mainland. It would have taken weeks, maybe months, for the Unsullied to get there. Likewise, it would have taken Euron the same time period to sail from King's Landing to Casterly Rock. There is no way each could have reached their destination so quickly.
