In the second episode of Boku no Hero Academia, we continue following the story of Izuku Midoriya as he watches a villain wreak havoc on an acquaintance and on the city he lives in. Following a meeting with his all time favourite hero, the All Might, Midoriya begins to rethink his life's plans. However, he may be more suited to hero life than he thinks, after discovering the All Might's secret.
In this episode, Midoriya develops character in such amazing ways, I was speechless. I cried quite a bit during this episode, numerous times, and this really goes to show just how amazing the script writing is for this episode. It follows on from the first episode, with some amazing writing, that really shows that Yosuke Kuroda and Maddie Willow are the perfect writers for this anime. The animations are still slick and smooth and work perfectly once more to create the perfect atmosphere throughout the anime.
This is a wonderful follow up to the first episode, and it does really well. It continues the story line on really well, and makes it much more enrapturing. I definitely want to continue watching more of this anime, just from the second episode, and I hope it's not a case of quality going down over time as they rush episodes out. This is really wonderful; I think I've found my new favourite anime.
