- Occasional, mild sexual activity (i.e. kissing and hugging) between persons of the same gender is seen.
- In one scene, the main subject in the documentary - Andrew Bolton, is established as being in a relationship with another man, Thom Browne. The latter is introduced as his 'partner' via the text on screen. In a subsequent scene, the two are seen kissing and hugging at a reception, with one of them expressing his love for the other.
- The film also contains a brief scene of nudity in which female upper body nudity is depicted when a model's jacket is opened, exposing her breasts.
