It's a good animation series

It's a good animation series. I only refer to season 1 because there is only one airing at the moment in my country. The opening theme is catchy sing-along. Leo or Hero enter and then Leo introduces always himself and the dog Hero. Then some random animal appears, Leo takes a photo, introduces Katie, Leo's sister, and sends the photo to her. Then he tells Hero to take care of the animal found while he goes to the tree house, where Katie is, to find out what Katie found about the animal. Then they use a geep to take the animal back where it belongs. After a while, a big wildlife ranger Rocky appears to inform Leo and Katie more about where animal belongs. Then Leo, Hero, and Katie go throught some adventure like running away from other animals, save the animals, stop a forest fire, and so on. Rocky usually appears after to remind what they should be looking for. Hero then helps them by finding a good spot. Then they return to the tree house to make a report about the animal.

I like the series, they are funny and informative about endangered animals.

However, I wonder why Katie's glasses don't have the things above the ears to the glasses. Overall, the series quality is ok but it could have been better.

My toddler loves Leo!
hernandez-naryamie26 November 2022
I have a 2 yr old who just loves watching Leo the Wildlife Ranger. He has his favorite episodes & characters & he always learns something about real animals & places, which he loves & would most likely not learn about otherwise.

I hope to see more episodes come out soon as I love the wholesome educational material that I can trust my child with.

The episodes average 8-10 mins long, which is about all the attention span a 2.5 yr old truly has. The junior wildlife rangers are young kids who learn about animals & help save them. The Sr. Ranger, Ranger Rocky, usually shows up with much needed wisdom right before the kids do anything that will leave them or the animal with any permanent damage.

If you have a toddler who loves animals, this show may just be for you too.
