This episode doesn't contribute much to the story and concentrates a bit more on Liz's relationship with Red and Tom, and the big decision she has to make going forward about her life. The episode does follow the workings of a blacklister group called The Vehm who are a medieval vigilante group who have recently come in the way of Red's business by targeting some of his key men. However this only seems to deviate the plot and adds an unnecessary extra episode which doesn't justify its place in the season. However it does contribute into giving a little depth to some characters which is essentially the only factor giving this episode some credibility.
