Gibbs' rule #28: If you need help, ask.
When Bishop brings up Richard Doogan's military service record on her laptop while at home, one section that describes his duties also has a small paragraph midway down that are actually Bishop's lines. There's even a space to include when she pauses and hesitates when sharing that he's in Leavenworth. However, later when DiNozzo brings up the same document in the squad room, that paragraph is no longer there and his military details have been expanded.
Ellie Bishop drives to Leavenworth Penitentiary in Kansas several times in the episode. She is supposed to be at her family home, somewhere around or near Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The drive from Oklahoma to Leavenworth is only depicted to be a "few" hours, as Ellie said. In reality, on a day with little traffic it would take around 6 hours one way. As this is set right before Thanksgiving, there is every chance it took more than 6 hours.
