- This show has small talks and references to sex and prostitution etc. A mature 12-13 year old could handle it
- P1 E5 includes Colt's Bare Backside.
- All sex and nudity takes place in part one or the first part of season 1 but no real nudity is actually shown
- Lots of jokes about sex most about taking girls to the Dairy Queen

- Each episode contains about 3-4 F-words, some have over 10, some have none.
- The language does contain F*ck quite a bit.
- Profanity gets more severe as series goes on

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Heavy drinking of whisky and beer, moderate smoking in some episodes.
- The Bennett's drink every night on the patio and Maggie owns a bar
- Drugs are mentioned but we only see cigarettes and spit tobacco.
- The first scene at the bar shows many drinking beer and alcohol. Each episode has scenes of alcohol drinking as this is a nightly activity or major coping method.
