Jason uses aggressive investigative tactics when he assists Alicia and Lucca with a student loan case. Meanwhile, Howard Lyman alleges ageism at his firm and accuses Cary as the primary offender; Eli stirs up Florrick family drama on Peter's presidential campaign.
Alicia is representing a woman who's being pursued by a collection agency claiming she hasn't paid her student loan but she says she sent the payment. Alicia has Crouse look into it. He learns that someone duped her into sending her payment elsewhere. So he tries to find it. But the woman is strapped for cash so Alicia decides to sue the college she went to claiming they failed to live up to their part and give her an education. When Cary thinks Howard bad mouthed him to a client, he tears into him saying something defamatory. So he files a complaint and Diane tries to find a way to settle it. Eli's daughter returns and tries to get him to leave Peter's campaign. When he refuses she goes to Alicia to get her to fire him.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
