- Female breasts and nipples are shown the final episodes.
- In one of the Episodes there is a Flashback Scene Depicting A Nude male and His Son (The Main Male Protagonist) Nude and Horsing around. Some might see this scene the wrong way, as the Son Looks Slightly Underage in the Flashback Scene.
- One of the Side Characters Wears Women's Under Garments Under His Normal Clothes, Calming that it is Comfortable.
- Upon Seeing one of the Side Characters in Women's Clothes whenever he takes off his Normal Outer Clothing, every other Character around him would start to Vomit in the over the top Violent way. Of course this is meant for Comedic Purposes Only.
- NOTE: This is a HIGHLY sexually explicit show and borderlines pornographic-comedy at times. Descriptions marked in red are shown only in the "Uncensored" version of the show. Everything else is in both versions.
- Since the story takes place in an alternate Japan where "dirty words" are banned and considered against the law, almost every character in the show is sexually-repressed. Anything pornographic in nature is outlawed, to the point that sexual reproduction isn't even taught in schools or anywhere for that matter. This leads several of the characters, most of which are teenagers, to want to discover sex and use sexually-explicit language.
- One of the main characters, a teenage girl, starts out as an advocate for the nation-wide censorship but eventually becomes the most perverted character in the series. She stalks her crush and attempts to rape him multiple times, eventually completely undressing and straddling his naked body before licking his chest and making out with him (on the Blu-Ray release, the girl's nipples are fully shown in a few scenes). She then comments on his erection before she is eventually caught and stopped. In an infamous scene, she tricks her crush into eating cookies she made for him. Only later does she reveal that she made the cookies using her vaginal fluids, which she refers to as "love nectar". Nothing is shown.
- The same girl is shown in a constant state of arousal, blushing and dripping vaginal fluids onto the floor and other places; her fluids are highly detailed and glimmer in the light. She drips an absurd amount throughout the series, often leaving a trail behind her as she walks. Her panties are also shown as soaking wet in a few scenes.
- Several characters are shown naked throughout the series, their bare buttocks and breasts are exposed (lacking nipples, however in the censored version). Pubic regions are cleverly censored through the use of beams of light or stickers on the screen. Other times, girls are shown frequently wearing lingerie or in their underwear.
- A self-proclaimed "naughty terrorist" plagues the city with obscene words (see "Profanity" below) and gives out hundreds of pornographic images to people on the street. She is completely naked, only covered in a loose-fitting sheet and wears panties over her face as a mask. She threatens police to disrobe herself and blackmail them for "undressing a lady in public" if caught.
- All members of the naughty terrorist organization, SOX don't wear clothing at all. Instead, they cover their upper bodies in sheets while wearing underwear over their faces as masks. While moving or running, their pubic regions are constantly exposed, but usually censored by beams of light or well-placed objects in the scenery.
- One girl is intensely curious about sexual-reproduction and pesters a boy about how "babies are made", talking about his "pipe" (referring to penis) and how she believes it might be the key. She studies sexual activity in animals and insects, which is censored by humorous stickers over the screen. However, flies are shown copulating in one or two episodes, but it's comical and as you can imagine, it's not sexual because they are just flies.
- A young girl's hairstyle explicitly resembles the head of a man's penis. As such, many jokes are made about her hair throughout the series. In the uncensored version, the girl lies down on a boy, causing him to spill his milk. Due to her position, however, the milk appears to be spurting out of her hair (which is meant to depict male ejaculation).
- A young girl has an voyeuristic obsession and watches people having sex, then uses what she sees as inspiration for drawing pornographic comics.
- Characters kiss and make-out in a few episodes. In the uncensored version, drool is shown dripping out of their mouths as characters kiss more suggestively together. Drool is also shown as a girl licks another boy's body.
- A young girl wears a necklace made out of a vibrator, making her breasts comically bounce about at high speeds. She later straddles her crush using the vibrator, making him become erect.
- Several references to ejaculation (both male and female) are made throughout the show, by using cutaway gags such as a champagne bottle about to burst. Several similar visual-references are made as well, regrading things such as erections, lactation, vaginal fluids, semen and sexual intercourse.
- Characters sometimes uses hand-gestures to simulate masturbation and other sexual acts.
Violence & Gore

- Mostly involve mild violence such as fist punch, kicking, pointing guns (fake guns) and biting. However it's mostly comical and nothing is graphic.
- If a person says a "naughty word", police are immediately notified via a special necklace all citizens have to wear. The police attack the individual before arresting them, again it's mostly comical and nothing graphic.
- Some characters suffer from nose-bleeds (which is a popular Japanese trope to symbolize arousal).
Profanity

- Since the concept of the show is a "naughty terrorist" plaguing a society where dirty words and sexual terms are illegal, almost every single vulgar word imaginable is said at least once by the terrorist. However, each obscenity is bleeped out or distorted in some way every time. The subtitles also have each word partially censored with the use of asterisks, however the word is still obviously recognizable (i.e. f*ck, d*ck, p*ssy, c*m, n*tsack, etc.).
- The dubbed version of the series has uncensored language, though use of strong and very strong language is infrequent. The word "fuck" is used six times in the whole dub, and "cunt" twice.
- A girl refers to her vaginal fluids as "love nectar" and uses the term frequently.
- Every character has to wear a special necklace that monitors their use of "vulgar language", as saying such a word is considered illegal. To get around this, characters will use substitutions for such words. Examples are replacing "sex" with "combining" and so on.
- Some characters are shown pointing the middle finger at others, however this is sometimes censored with a sticker placed over the hand.

- Despite Shimoneta being a comedy, it can be very uncomfortable and very difficult to watch for some viewers due to it's explicit sexual dialogue and dirty jokes.
- The main protagonist (a teenage boy) is stalked by a perverted girl. She attempts to rape him on several occasions, although his reactions are played for comedic effect.
