A work in progress

The writer/director shows a lot of promise with this production. Some of the visual FX were excellent, even if borrowed from Natural Born Killers. I like the way he made a special effort to credit his cast at the end. This will be a plus when they audition for new roles. Hopefully lessons learned making this movie will result in better ratings for Kodi Zene's next one.

The one big problem I had with this story was its premise. What on earth is the 'hue' thing about?? Viewers deserve an explanation for a precondition that bizarre, or at least a few strong hints. A very brief Road Warrior-type intro would have been helpful in justifying the events that followed. I suspect his plan was to maintain interest by leaving the question unanswered, but for me interest gave way to irritation well before the movie ended.

Not worth it. The acting needs some work, the plot was ok but the directing job was subpar

I FEEL KINDA' MONOCHROME ABOUT THIS ONE

Interesting concept. Been done before--and better. ( Pleasantville this ain't ).

Nice way to find work for a bunch of iron man bodybuilders and extras, but doesn't really hang, the script sucked and if it wasn't for trite over-acting, there wouldn't be any.

Low budget ? If the budget were any lower...it would all be in black-and-white.

Warning: Spoilers
This is another fine example of a dystopian film that starts off well but fades towards the end. It's like an ageing athlete that over exerts themselves at the beginning of the race & not knowing how they will finish it. It runs out of ideas of where to take it & follows the herd to a generic clichéd tried and tested ending.

Had potential and a great concept, suffers from minimal budget and some clichés

It starts off decent enough, even though the acting of one of the characters is on par with the budget the rest was a positive suprise relatively speaking. But even if the concept is fresh with human actors (not animated) there isnt long til there are clichés left and right.

Warning: Spoilers
Isaac Ward is the first "hue" in a world that has only been black and white, learning that he is filled with color after being shot. As he begins to turn multiple colors, he is not alone, and as society begins to reel from this new development, they start to capture these unexplainable colors and war seems ready to break out at any moment as the result.

Written and directed by Kodi Zene*, consider this film a somewhat post-apocalyptic Pleasantville. This is but the first of many films planned in this series, along with comic books and merchandise.

This film has a really solid and striking visual look, as the colors and Hues themselves break the black and white palette that this film creates. I'm excited to see where this story can go with a richer budget and more time. It's definitely worth a watch.

*Zene also shot and co-scored this movie.
