- TriviaThis is the lowest rated episode of the entire series.
- GoofsThe Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) heading for Star City is shown in powered flight complete with its initial stage 1 booster attached minutes from detonating. The 1st stage booster is ejected approximately 60 seconds after launch and the powered flight stage is complete by the time the warhead re-enters the atmosphere (after approximately 3 minutes after launch). At the point the ICBM could be seen by the residents of Star City it would be in it's ballistic phase (falling out the sky really fast) meaning Felicity and Curtis would not have been able to redirect it the way they did, the only way to stop it would have been to shoot it down.

Awfully obvious and repetitive
This last episode was the perfect summary of the this Season 4.
The episode's structure was identical to all other's ones. Always the same dialogues, always the same expressions, always the same fights.
The end was exactly as anyone would have imagined. It looks like they didn't even try to surprise the audience.
I did hope that at least the last episode would have been something more, something that would not make me ask "why am I watching this?" like all other episodes, but I was totally wrong.
Let's see the positive side. There are no cliffhangers, I have no interest in watching the season 5, so next year I will use this time for something that is not so banal and poor written.
