Michael Cudlitz's character, Abraham Ford, asks Glenn, "When you were pouring the Bisquick, were you trying to make pancakes?"
He is referring to whether or not Glenn and Maggie were intentionally trying to get pregnant.
That phrase trended very quickly on Twitter. A few days after that episode aired, there was a The Walking Dead convention in which Michael Cudlitz attended. Many fans brought Bisquick packs to him, which according to Cudlitz, totally overwhelmed him. Shortly after that, Cudlitz decided to donate all of it to charity.
On the episode of Talking Dead that aired after this episode, Chris Hardwick asked Lauren Cohan how she managed to keep a straight face when Abraham uttered the line about 'pouring the Bisquick'. Laughing, she replied she could hardly keep a straight face even at that moment and gave full props to Steven Yuen, who proceeded through the scene without breaking character. She also revealed that there was supposed to be a quick shot of her smiling softly while sleeping during the scene after he delivered the line but she couldn't smile softly nor keep herself from laughing, so they abandoned the idea of it.
Around the 9.15 mark, as Rick walks to wards Carl, you can see 'Judith' wave as she recognises Chandler Riggs.
