creepy clowns was at least accurate.
oldandeerieratk7 November 2021
Creepy in a way i would say the writer had some damn dark fetish in real life. This movie was uncomfortable and bad, but not in a good horror way, but i will say i lasted the whole movie so it was at least watchable, it's so bad and weird its almost worth the watch. The acting is a total spectacle, does amazon the richest business in the world even watch what they choose to put on amazon prime? CLEARLY NOT. This movie is gross and im surprised they would want to act in it.

Awful
zachmorran28 May 2022
The two people that rated this a 10/10 obviously are trolls and or known someone who worked on it. This movie is awful. The sound. The acting. The fx. All of it. It's just a terrible movie all over. I think I've maybe left five review total on a movies since the internet came out. This is just awful. The clown looks like an idiot. It's not scary at all. He likes tying men up alot and tickling them all over the place. Their feet and belly. It's iust really awkward it's not scary. I think it's most likely a fetish film. No one no matter how much they are scared of clowns would find this scary.

Worst movie ive ever seen
molliemcc28 March 2022
This movie has the worst plot ive ever seen even if you get past the bad acting terrible sound effects and the camera constantly shaking. I dont understand how and why someone would think it is a good enough movie to share to the world. I saw it on prime thinking it would be terrifying got 20 mins in and had to pause and call a friend out of laughter should not be rated 18 awful only watch if you want to laugh at bad movies. It reminds me of a movie a 11 yr old would make with a £20 buget.

200 tea spoons of dumb.

2 cups of "WTF is this" 50 cups of bad acting.

That's what this movie is.

Also it's so funny more than scary. Thanks for making my day.

Very creepy indeed
Woodyanders2 November 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Meek, but troubled artist Larry (a solid and sympathetic performance by Pete Jacelone, who also directed) suffers from belated post-traumatic stress over a harrowing childhood experience involving his alcoholic mother Lyla (a convincing turn by Lisa Deane) and her abusive carnie boyfriend Dale (a genuinely chilling portrayal by Edward X. Young). Unable to keep his demons at bay, Larry finally succumbs to a deadly alter ego who takes on the form of a grotesque clown with a tickling fetish.

Jacelone really takes full advantage of the killer clown concept (the hideous clown mask that the killer clown wears in particular is awful damn scary), grounds the absorbing story in a believably sordid workaday reality, and adeptly crafts an extremely dark and disturbing mood. Moreover, the scenes with the clown tickling his victims to death are surprisingly intense and unsettling. Trevor Wright's no-holds-barred script not only says something poignant and significant about the severe emotional and psychological damage wrought by childhood abuse, but also doesn't punk out with a contrived happy ending. The sturdy acting by the capable cast keeps this movie humming, with especially stand-out contributions from Heather Drew as tough and vengeful call girl Payton, Daylan Ludemann as the gentle Conner, Jesse Amici as the antagonistic Tony, and John Link as sleazy pimp Diablo. Kudos are also in order for Mike Dilorenzo's sharp cinematography and Anthony Belluscio's melodic score. An on the money frightfest.

UnSeemly Clowns in Seedy Situations of Violence , Murder , & Mayhem !
timodo11 April 2020
Edward X Young , whose Talents are Positively Prolific , Powerfully Embodies the Most Miserable & Mean Clown in the Universe .... 'Dale' , who's as UnFunny as he is Belligerent ; & his only Hobbies are Drinking & Torturing his GirlFriends Son 'Larry' . The meek & terrified Young Larry is portrayed , with a Top-Notch Performance , by Chase Bolnick . Dale's Girlfriend & Larry's Mother 'Lyla' is Deftly Played by Lovely , Shapely , & Talented Lisa Deane ! There's a SuperNatural Element to Blood-Soaked Tale ; & it involves "Dale' as a Puppet-Master to the Now Grown Larry , who's More than Ably Manned by the Writer & Director Pete Jacelone ! Now the FUN? Begins ! The Star of this CreepFest is the Beautiful Heather Drew as 'Peyton' , a StreetWise Young Prostitute , But a Loving & Compassionate Sister & Friend to her Homies . Daylan Ludemann Plays Her Devoted Lover 'Conner' ; & the two of them have a Kung-Fu Video-Gamelike ShowDown with that Malicious Clown . Which brings me to the Most Vile Character in the Tale ..... The Revolting Gangster Pimp 'Diablo' , portrayed with Relish by the Diminutive Talent-Laden John Link .... & Diablo's sort of a Miguelito Loveless on Heroin ! Outstanding Performance , Mr. Link ! I was Lucky enough to View this Memorable Fright Inducing Horror Flik : & I don't know when this Film will become available to the Public or where You can See &/Or Rent or Purchase It ; But if You do Find It ? Snatch it Right Up ! I Sure Will !

2nd best movie I've ever watched
kshkggwc1 May 2022
This movie is absolutely brilliant, the acting is 10/10 I'm surprised it wasn't made in Hollywood, for an English film it's very good. It is also very relatable, living in Liverpool I see stuff like this all the time it's actually scary how accurate it is to living in the Merseyside, however it will never be as good as the greasy strangler as there id simply not enough grease in the movie. HOOTIE TOOTIE DICSO CUTIE.

Best Worst Movie EVER
jplewanski-5035616 July 2022
I started watching this expecting a bad movie but BOY was this bad. The acting, effects, plot, sound design, filmography... but as I was watching I had an epiphany. Sometimes REALLY truly awful movies transcend the scope of good and bad.

This movie is unintentionally HILARIOUS. I mean laugh out loud hilarious. If this were a straight to YouTube film it would've garnered a few thousand views but the fact that it's an actual film makes it a whole different level of special.

This is the modern equivalent of The Killer Shrews.
