I Walked with a Werewolf (2009)
*** (out of 4)
Fun eight-minute interview with make-up legend Rick Baker who discusses why he wanted to get into the movie business and his work on AN American WEREWOLF IN London. Baker starts off talking about seeing all the old Universal monster movies as a kid and then discovering that it was an actual person who made the monsters. From here he talks about John Landis telling him about this werewolf picture and what he wanted to see on the screen. Baker talks about some of the effects that were done and says his greatest friend was simply time and money. Fans of AN American WEREWOLF IN London know that there have been several documentaries and featurettes that Baker has been interviewed on so there's really nothing new here but then again, hearing these stories are always fun. He also talks about the 2010 version of THE WOLFMAN and why he wanted to be a part of it.
