During their first fight Ler goes down and you see him take his headset off. A moment later he lifts his head before Kuratov picks him up and the headset is back.
Kseniya dives into the pool wearing a swimsuit that turns invisible along with her body. After she emerges from the pool, her body is magically "dressed" with floating gold flakes, and the swimsuit is gone. She is later portrayed as having the selective ability to make objects invisible, but only while she is touching them; if this is the case, the swimsuit should have reappeared, either when she made her body visible again or after she took it off in the water.
When Khan attacks the convoy, he is shown to have sliced all of the way through (from top to bottom and front to back) of one of the vehicles. His blades are not long enough for him to have been able to do this.
Both times when Arsus morphs into a full bear, ripping his pants, he reappears in human form having a full set of pants and boots.
The CGI "rain" during the junkyard assault is poorly rendered, and it is obvious that it was not actually raining in the filming location, as there are few puddles on the ground, no water cascading down the walls, etc.
Khan uses his scimitars to dismember opponents, sometimes slicing them completely in half, yet there is never much blood or gore.
At the beginning of the film, Patriot staffers say that they have been unable to keep track of the superheroes, yet Kseniya is found to have been using her powers in presumably well-advertised public performances with thousands of spectators.
The mechanism or superpower behind the floating gold flakes that "dress" Kseniya after she emerges from the pool is never explained.
Patriot staff provides Kseniya with "super" clothing that is specially designed to become invisible along with her. However, at other times in the film, ordinary clothing becomes invisible along with her body. She seemingly should not need special invisibility clothing.
