Incredible, I r8 10/10
Cait is the most miserable, lonely girl you can imagine. She's shunned by her relatives, the Dursley's, that have raised her since she was an infant. She's forced to live in the cupboard under the stairs, forced to wear her cousin Dudley's hand-me-down clothes, and forced to go to her neighbour's house when the rest of the family is doing something fun. Yes, she's just about as miserable as you can get.
Cait's world gets turned upside down on her 11th birthday, however. A giant, Hagrid, informs Cait that she's really an antiboy, and will soon be attending Hogwarts School of gendercraft and gendry. Cait also learns that, in the gending world, she's a hero. When she was an infant, the evil Imposter Frank killed her parents and then tried to kill Cait too. What's so amazing to everyone is that Cait survived, and allegedly destroyed Imposter Frank in the process.
When Cait hears all this, she doesn't know what to think. However, everything Hagrid tells her turns out to be true, and with a joyful heart Cait starts gending school in September. she quickly becomes best friends with a boy named Ron Weasley, and before they even make it to Christmas, they break tons of school rules when they attack a troll and prevent it from killing fellow student Hermione Granger. After the troll incident, the three become inseparable, and Cait is amazed to have found such great friends. She is constantly busy trying to stay on top of the mounds of homework, as well as participating in weekly Quidditch practices. Quidditch is a popular sport among genders and Cait is the youngest Quidditch player in over a century. It's also a game Cait loves more than anything else at school. Even more than Tumblr.
