Having a conversation with drag stars Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamolodchikova (real names Brian Firkus and Brian McCook, respectively) is kind of like being on an extended episode of their YouTube webseries, UNHhhh. You may start talking with them about one topic, but the next thing you know, they’re off on a tangent about why Bart Simpson says “Eat my shorts.”
It’s that brand of strange, out-of-left-field comedy that landed the two their very own talk show, The Trixie & Katya Show on Viceland, after becoming breakout stars on season seven ofRuPaul’s Drag Race. The show follows a similar format to their YouTube series; they take one topic every week and examine it through personal stories, games, man-on-the-street segments and more.
In a conversation with Et, Trixie and Katya discuss going from YouTube to Viceland, their experience competing on VH1’s reality series, why they want to talk about serious issues like suicide and much, much...

RuPaul crowned the winning queen on RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars 2 finale Thursday night. And while Roxxxy Andrews, Detox and Katya Zamolodchikova tried their best, they were unable to best Alaska Thunderf — 5000 from snatching the crown.
The 31-year-old queen dominated the show, winning four challenges and taking home $40,000 in prize money. Earlier Thursday, she took a break from borrowing clothes and practicing parseltongue to untuck and speak to People about her win, her haters — and all the juicy Drag Race drama on and off-set.

Get ready for the return of your favorite drag queens because later this month RuPaul's Drag Race is giving us another All Stars season. Can you believe we are already getting more eleganza when it feels like season 8 just ended?
In case you haven't seen the cast, here's our returning queens:
Adore Delano (Season 6) Alaska (Season 5) Alyssa Edwards (Season 5) Coco Montrese (Season 5) Detox (Season 5) Ginger Minj (Season 7) Katya Zamolodchikova (Season 7) Phi Phi O'Hara (Season 4) Roxxxy Andrews (Season 5) Tatianna (Season 2)
That is an overload of season five realness, but if it means the return of Rolaskatox, we are perfectly okay with that. Tatianna is the only returning early season competitor and maybe the season's underdog - don't forget she was the original Snatch Game winner with her Britney Spears ("I got lost!"). Overall this cast is heavy with strong performers ready to bring the drama. This round is forgoing the first...

Get ready for a dynamic new second season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” with a drama-filled trailer just released by Logo. This time around, the stakes are even higher as the contestant find out about a shocking new twist that will radically change the group dynamic and their strategies to win.
This season, RuPaul is changing the rules and will not be eliminating any of the queens. Instead, the contestants will be eliminating one another. Each week the top two queens will “lip-sync for their legacy” with the winner having the power to send one of her competitors home.
“Honey, nobody can claim that this race is rigged,” said host RuPaul in a statement. “I gave the power to the people. May the best All Star win!”

Back in 2009, you'd be hard-pressed to find an average American who knew the definition of a death drop or how to read a queen for filth. That all changed with RuPaul's Drag Race, the must-see competition series returning this summer with its second All Stars season on Logo. And it promises to be bitchier and funnier than ever.
"The girls dropped whatever they were doing to do this," RuPaul says. "We've got a hundred girls now, so we could pretty much do All Stars forever."
